Tongue Twisters are sequences of words difficult to pronounce, especially rapidly, because of alliteration (repetition of sounds) or a slight variation of consonant sounds, as "She sells seashells by the seashore."
They are a great wat to practise and improve pronunciation, fluency and accents. They are not just for kids but also for teenagers or adults who want to sound clear when speaking.
